Homes and Gardens Planner and Diary features four seasonal garden watercolors, each with a site plan; and 24 spot illustrations of "Tips and Tasks".

For the four seasonal gardens, a landscape designer provided a description, a garden plan, and a plant list. The assignment was to convert the words to images. It required extensive plant research and sketches to make the plants work together as the landscape designer had envisioned.
For the 24 "Tips and Tasks" spot illustrations, a list of them was provided, and it was up to me to research and produce appealing images. I learned quite a lot about gardening.
